To Knuckle San & ANYONE who ever runs into the BadEGG bug in this hack and.Any other poke rom that's GBA based included.The.Only. reliable and safe way to get rid of a BadEGG for good is to use Any compatible BOX 1 inject Pokemon code along proper Master Code & DMA Disable Code compatible with the rom base your playing. Wether it's a BOX 1 Mew code, BOX 1 Deoxy code, etc. Doesn't matter, as long as it's compatible to that rom base & is one that has tested to be.Safe.

before by someone who isn't shady). In logic you'd be using that 'inject' code itself to swap it with the bad egg, then tricking the pc in the end. It's a bit of a tedious process though, I grant you that, but I've been using this method for years now. For this hack, others with similar flagging bugs, and even for other cheat codes I've used in a games before that went horribly wrong and caused them.Knuckle San.

God i wish i accidentally clicked on this page years ago just to see the posts regarding this issue to help.Somewhere in my tab, I know I still have the set of LG codes I used for this hack.Knuckle San, I gotta hit the sack soon but tomorrow I'll type out a step by step along with the set of game shark codes I used for Advanced Adventures and double check it in my game too.:). AnonymousDo you mean the PC in bedroom?

Or PokeCenter PC?If home PC: sometimes it can get locked out, only happened to me once though in all the times playing it. Can't remember why it happened either tbh.

But it did correct itself when i did hard save in normal town, reloaded game, then returned to hero's village to access it again. If PokeCenter PC: I never had that one lock out on me before. But if you mean accessing something other then poke storage from it, you can only access poke storage in PokeCenter ones.

You know what, I'm gonna go completely on the defense when it comes to this one and I really don't care. I Adore This Hack!- This is on of the forefathers to rom hacks today. When this originally came out, there wasn't much of anything to choose from in the fan game realm.

It's storyline itself is every bit as orginal and with it's own feel and flavor, like snakewood! The trainer line constantly used was done conpletely intentional along with 'weirdness' in the map layout (like route 3 w/ stairs leading to nowhere etc) as a comic relief.- Really?!? You're gonna crab about something stupid like 'Battle me! You're really tough.' ?!?- I mean, Come On!! Otherwise, you end up with the other stupid thing like the 'Youngster' bragging about his shorts, or the 'Rich Kid' bragging about all his money. LOL at that rate, they might as well All Say 'battle me!'

XD- In the world of ROM hacks, a good deal of content winds up being 'stolen'. So get over it! One thing I do agree with though, a bit of the mapping itself was half hazardly done. 'bad tiling' placed rather then different typed of tiling as blockers in order to make it more visually appealing. Kinda weird to that just from using surf in one area, you can also see outskirts of creator's 'glitch city' too. But, considering he used the stock kanto layout itself in pretty much the same way, i think he did a pretty good job making a whole new Kanto.Idk.

I personally like the storyline in this game, Especially once you get to HQ and postgame. Idk about you, but I like a 'fake E4' that has nothing but legends to fight with!Yes, Rom hack's (especially older ones) all have their quirks that come with them. And this one does have that for sure. But, as a gamer. I think most gamers in general are Way Too Picky & Critical.:P.

Believe me when I say that I played & tested my share of hacks that are far worse than this one. AnonymousNote- Deleted my older post to post this update instead.-'2013 Beta August 25, 2018 Fix' includes the following:. Bad EGG/Invisible Pokemon in PC issue completely corrected. This means ALL problems that happened due to this will no longer occur.I tested this to it's full extent, including All ingame content.- Glitches (which were always there):Village of Fire:1) Bicycle- Has no ingame function. No reason to even collect this key item.2) Tiling Glitch- A tiling glitch occurs everytime you enter & exit a building.TM Case (disappearing TM glitch):Triggered after obtaining HM#2- Fly, regardless if there's any moves currently in TM Case. Thus glitching the TM Case itself.- After that point, w/ Fly always being at top of move list, if the last TM used or removed wasn't from the bottom most part of list.

Then any move(s) below it will disappear from TM Case. I also tested using walking through walls code to avoid collecting Fly, inorder to test Surf only.

HM#3 Surf will also force itself to top of move list, glitching TM Case, if it's the 1st HM obtained. I also tested without TMs in case while collecting both Fly & Surf (having both on top of list in order) & the glitch is still present. Under regular circumstances, the 1st HM collected will force itself to top of move list & the 2nd HM collected will be at the bottom of the list until more TM are obtained (which further complicates the glitch).- Glitch occurs when action involves the opened TM Case to be removed from current screen, even if temporarily. Game then forgets everything below the move removed from list. Examples, if move selected wasn't from bottom of list:1) Using a TM on a Pokemon.2) Giving a TM to a Pokemon as hold item (in party or through 'move items' from PC menu option). Glitch doesn't take place when selling TMs (in any order), due to opened TM Case never being removed from current view screen during the selling process. To Avoid Disappearing TM Glitch.1) Before collecting HM Fly (Route 9, on ground).

Select 'MOVE ITEM' from PC menu options. Have stored Pokemon hold TMs. At this point, the order you store them doesn't matter, due to disappearing TM glitch not being present until collecting your 1st HM.- All TMs obtained prior to HM Fly: #27 Return, #18 Rain Dance, #19 Giga Drain, #39 Rock Tomb, #34 Shock Wave, #47 Steel Wing, #35 Flamethrower. 7 TMs total.2) Before collecting HM Surf (Village of Ghosts, behind the Fisherman).

Make sure you have PC Pokemon hold TM#43 Secret Power (from Haunted Tower) & TM#4 Calm Mind (from female NPC in same house where you receive Rufflet). The order you remove the 2 TMs does matter at this point, due to disappearing TM glitch being active. Make sure you deposit TMs from the bottom most part of the list 1st (closest to 'CANCEL').3) After obtaining HM Surf, I recommend selling any TMs you have no intention of ever using. They sell for 1,000 each.4) Keep in Mind: As you obtain more TMs, the only way to completely avoid losing any is by using or depositing them from the most bottom part of move list (closest to 'CANCEL'). Selling TMs is not affected by this glitch & can be sold in any order. I Hope This Helps. Anonymousthe village of ghosts freeze and other 'forced senerio freezes' (like HQ scene, etc) i've experenced from this rom hack was all due to the PC's flag/var issue in the 2013 final version.- i played this hack's entirety over 3 times now since hacksrepairman's 2018 final's fix update (with & without cheats) and this version is very stable.it may also be due to an unrelated emu or save state issue in this particular case though.i play/test play all gba hacks using MyBoy!

I never utilize quick saves function unless it's last resort. I set MyBoy 'cartridge save state' to flash 128K despite it having an auto option on top of that.- I hope this helps.
